Twenty-One Plus
Program (T.O.P.)

HollyDELL, Inc., is committed to providing adults with severe disabilities the opportunity to experience the diverse aspects of life through direct involvement in the community. Vocational, recreational and volunteer experiences that enhance their self-esteem, increase their socialization with peers, and facilitate the development of their independence, interests, and skills will be provided within the context of a safe, nurturing, and structured program.

The T.O.P. Program

An annual plan is developed for every individual in the HollyDELL T.O.P. program, based on the interests and skills of the participating adult. Each adult is assigned a 1:1 technical support person while in the community, which is the hallmark of our program. The technical support person provides facilitation, hand-over-hand assistance or the use of environmental control units utilizing switch activation for common appliances when necessary. The use of augmentative communication devices, if applicable, is incorporated into all aspects of the client’s program.

At the very core of the T.O.P. program is community involvement, which includes:

• Job/Skill Sampling

• Recreational/Leisure Activities

• Center-Based Activities
