Our History

Established in 1951 by a group of caring and dedicated parents, HollyDELL (formerly the Cerebral Palsy Center of Gloucester and Salem Counties, Inc.) began as a labor of love in the garage of a Woodbury, New Jersey dentist. Spearheaded by parent Dr. Francis H. Muller, the

association quickly expanded as area families expressed the need for more services for their children. Over the past five decades, HollyDELL has grown to serve thousands of children and adults with cerebral palsy and other physical challenges, offering high quality educational and therapeutic services.

Today, HollyDELL is a distinguished private, non-profit facility serving students from birth through adulthood with physical challenges including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, and developmental delays with or without secondary learning challenges. Located in two modern, spacious buildings on Hollydell Drive in Hurffville, NJ (near Glassboro/Pitman), HollyDELL serves children and adults from Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Camden, Burlington and Atlantic counties. There is no cost to families for services provided at HollyDELL.
